What we collect
CrazyCap collects the small amount of account and purchase information needed to deliver your license, respond to support, and keep the product working. We do not sell personal information.
Your recordings
Your recordings stay on your Mac unless you choose to share or export them. CrazyCap does not upload recording contents to our servers.
Optional app telemetry
App telemetry is off by default. If you enable Share anonymous usage data in Settings, CrazyCap sends a random installation identifier with product events such as whether an Autopilot run started, completed, or failed and general timing information. It does not include prompts, file names, screen contents, or recordings. Events are retained for up to 90 days, and you can turn telemetry off at any time.

Our website uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand broad usage patterns. We use essential cookies for checkout and license recovery.
